This Patient Portal will be deactivated August 30, 2024 for the transition to the new clinic which will have 

a similar Healow interface.  New usernames and passwords will be available when the New Clinic opens September 3, 2024 in the same location, with the same friendly faces you know, just a different name. 

If there is any information you'd like to save, it's available through the end of the month under the Medical Records tab (in the Portal) where you can select dates and download a copy to save.   Your Medical records, labs, imaging, notes, referrals, etc will all be copied to the new clinic system, but not in a format that will be accessible through a portal. It will be an empty slate starting in September.
